People are out jogging and walking every day in Sliema. Yet they all have to dodge one common thing – dog poo. There are bins and wardens… so why do we have to put up with it? My guess is that people let their dogs out without a leash and they do their business undisturbed. It’s just irresponsible pet ownership.
