Due to the official launch of the brand in Malta, FRANKS are inviting all aspiring make-up artists to apply for the Parisax Professional Contest, where one lucky winner will be flying off to Paris to be the official make-up artist of Parisax Professionals’ Autumn/Winter 13/14 Collection.
