The Agenda Bookshop outlet at the Check-In Hall at Malta Airport was recently refurbished and enlarged, thus increasing the product offering to travellers and airport visitors alike.

The project was carried out by the Miller Group – owners of the ‘Agenda Bookshop’ and ‘8 Till Late Convenience’ chain of outlets – together with Malta Airport’s Retail & Property Department.

Miller Retail General Manager, Mr Brian Loughnane said that they are delighted with the result of the refurbishment works, together with the physical extension of this flag-ship Agenda Bookshop outlet in the Check-In Hall. “This investment by Miller Retail, the retail arm of the Miller Group, is a clear signal of our commitment to providing a top quality retail experience to all those who go through or visit Malta Airport.”

Mr Loughnane thanked the Senior Management at Malta Airport for their cooperation and on-going partnership with Miller Retail, “a relationship that now spans some 15 years. I hope that we will continue to be a role model for retail excellence in Malta,” he concluded.

Malta Airport’s Head of Retail & Property, Mr George Mallia said that quality is synonymous with the airport. “Our passengers and clients expect the best, and we are glad that Miller Group shares our philosophy of continuous investment in exceeding client’s expectations,” added Mr Mallia. He thanked all the Malta Airport staff who worked on the project, and who were crucial for the completion of the project without any interruptions to the normal operations at the airport.
