Maltese DJ duo Tenishia is once again contesting the DJ MAG Top 100 DJs of the World list this year, after ranking 50th last year. Thousands of international DJs participate in this poll every year.

Joven and Cyprian, the boys behind Tenishia, have been climbing the international ladder of success steadily, playing the world’s most prolific clubs and festivals and featuring in various international magazines. Proof of this can be seen in their growing Facebook page numbers. Backed by a solid local fan base that wholeheartedly supports Tenishia in the poll by voting, the duo has also built an international following which is taking them steadily up the list.

Always open to new opportunities in the music world, Tenishia will next combine their musical abilities with the talents of the tenor Joseph Calleja on 1 August at Fossos in Floriana during the Joseph Calleja in Concert show. Recently the two have been working on an original track which was previewed on the TV programme Xarabank a few months ago. Tenishia and Calleja will be accompanied by Maltese National Orchestra during the event.

Tenishia will be also keeping their yearly appointment with the island of Gozo on 10 August at Grotta Club. Their guest for this night will be guitarist Eller van Buuren (World's number one DJ Armin van Buuren’s brother) who will be performing live with Tenishia.
