Liverpool are reportedly in negotiations with Granada over signing their star left-back Guilherme Siqueira, the Daily Star reports.
It will come as bitter news for Everton Boss Roberto Martinez, who's keen on the £7m-rated ace, who would make an ideal replacement for Leighton Baines should he quit for Manchester United.
But the 27-year-old, who has been watched by Real Madrid and Galatasaray, is now wanted by Anfield chief Brendan Rodgers.
Siqueira is under contract until June 2017 and has an escape clause of £21m, which could probe a little pricey for several of the teams monitoring the situation.
According to sources in Spain the starting price must at least £8m to persuade Granada president Quique Pina to part with one of the club's best players.
