Two divas, the Icelandic Hera Bjork and the Maltese Chiara, have combined their vocal talents for a new cover of Dolly Parton's 1980 hit ‘9 to 5’. The song was produced by Orlygur Smari and is released on a new Two Divas EP from Hands Up Music.

Although Hera Bjork and Chiara have been friends for several years now this is the first time they have sung together.

"We've talked about doing a duet for a couple of years but somehow it hasn't worked out until now. When Valgeir Magnusson at Hands Up Music suggested the song ‘9 to 5’ everything just clicked, and when we got Orlygur Smari on board, the outcome was bound to be good," says Hera Bjork about the collaboration.
"When we first met and started talking, we realised we were both big fans of each other as singers. We laughed a lot and decided to do something together. And now when it finally happened everything worked out so perfectly. We got the opportunity to perform the song live in Munich last week, and with all the excitement of a live performance and the positive feedback from the audience we just had the time of our lives. Those moments are truly amazing," adds Chiara.
