Yachting Partners Malta have just been appointed as official agents and representatives for Danish sail manufacturing company Elvstrøm Sails.

Elvstrøm Sails is one of the top sail producing companies in the world. It develops new technologies to create modern materials and employs some of the world's best sail designers who individually individually tailor sails from a host of materials, using different sail-making techniques and sail designs according to the boat owner’s specifications.

As such, the first initiative is the official launch of an Elvstrøm Sails Customer Database of existing Elvstrøm Sails Clients located in Malta.

Elvstrøm Sails was formed by Paul Elvstrøm a world-known yachtsman from Denmark who has won countless prestigious honours throughout his long sailing career. He is regarded as one of the great innovators and developers of modern day sailing equipment having introduced  techniques and been instrumental in developing several international yacht racing rules. In 1996 Elvstrøm was chosen as "Danish Sportsman of the Century and in 2007 he was among the first six inductees into the International Sailing Federation (ISAF) Sailing Hall of Fame.
