National coach Pietro Ghedin has named his squad of 20 players for tomorrow’s (Tuesday's) match against Bulgaria at Ta’ Qali.

The Italian mentor has made only a few changes to the squad that was named last week for Friday’s 2-1 defeat at the hands of Denmark.

Goalkeeper Henry Bonello and defenders Jacob Borg and Clifford Gatt Baldacchino have not been included this time, but midfielder Shaun Bajada is returning to the squad.

Also back, as was widely expected are central defender Luke Dimech and right flank defender Alex Muscat – both missed the Denmark match through suspension.

Also missing this match is Valletta midfielder Roderick Briffa who is suspended.

The squad:

Goalkeepers: Justin Haber, Andrew Hogg.

Defenders: Andrei Agius, Luke Dimech, Ryan Camilleri, Jonathan Caruana, Clayton Failla, Alex Muscat, Justin Grioli.

Midfielders: Shaun Bajada, Paul Fenech, Ryan Fenech, Edward Herrera, John Mintoff, Rowen Muscat, Gareth Sciberras.

Strikers: Andrew Cohen, Andre Schembri, Michael Mifsud and Terence Vella.

Tomorrow’s match at the National Stadium will kick off at 8pm.

The referee is Tudor Alexandru Dan of the Romanian FC.
