Serbia will host Switzerland and the Czech Republic will welcome the Netherlands in first-round matches in the 2014 David Cup.
Before that, the Czechs will look to defend their title when they meet Serbia in the final in Belgrade on Nov. 15-17.
Wednesday's draw in London also saw Britain — back in the world group for the first time since 2008 — drawn away to the United States, reigniting the oldest rivalry in the competition after they met in the first ever Davis Cup tie in 1900.
Also, it's: France-Australia, Argentina-Italy, Kazakhstan-Belgium, Japan-Canada and Germany-Spain.
The ties take place from Jan. 31-Feb. 2.
