Dhalia Real Estate Services has contracted international Management Consultant & trainer, David Dingli, to deliver a new programme of staff training to the company's growing workforce.

"Dhalia has continued to grow, becoming one of the largest privately owned real estate companies on the island," Chris Grech, chairman and CEO, said. "We have always been proud on delivering a first class service to our clients, and our new training program will allow us to constantly enhance this."

Dhalia has long been known for its adherence to high professional standards, and Mr Dingli matches that same philosophy. With over 15 years experience, and having lectured to over 5,000 managers from more than 50 different nations, Mr Dingli brings his wealth of experience in fields such as management, entrepreneurship, innovation, and marketing to the Dhalia brand.

"We are very pleased to have a trainer of David's calibre on board with us," Mr Grech said. "We know he will help us to raise the Dhalia standard even higher, allowing us to continue to innovate within our market, and to carry on exceeding our customers' expectations."

Mr Dingli is an assistant professor with the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands where he lectures at MBA level. He has 15 years of international training experience in countries as diverse as Peru, Rwanda and Ghana. In addition, he also manages his own consultancy and training practice, Resource Productivity Consulting Services.

He has conducted training programs in areas such as strategic management, operations management, time management, work study, quality management, project management, teambuilding, and customer care. He has also been involved in innovation and internationalisation management workshops and has facilitated courses on behalf of The Malta Institute of Management (MIM), The Employment & Training Corporation (ETC), Malta University Consulting Ltd., (MUC), Malta Enterprise (ME), Malta College for Arts, Science & Technology (MCAST) and The Staff Development Organization (SDO) in the Office of the Prime Minister (Malta). Mr Dingli holds a variety of academic qualification, including M.Phil. (Maastricht), MBA (Brunel), and B.Elec.Eng.(Hons.).

With considerable experience in the industrial sector, and an ISO 9001 auditor, Mr Dingli will bring a broad and varied skill set to the Dhalia team, helping them to sharpen their skills and practices and offering even greater benefits for Dhalia's customers.

"David will soon be holding regular training sessions with all of our staff," Mr Grech explained. "All of the Dhalia team will be attending the workshops and sessions facilitated by David, allowing managerial, sales and administrative staff to find new ways to work together to make our organisation even better."

"I am looking forward to working with Chris and the Dhalia team in the coming months," Mr Dingli said. "Having developed management programmes on a broad range of topics during my career, it will be really interesting to introduce new concepts and methodologies to Dhalia. Given that they are already a dynamic and innovative team, I am sure the training sessions will be a great deal of fun."
