In the article dated Saturday 12 October appearing in The Malta Independent , we  would like to point out two inaccuracies regarding that part of the article quoting what was said by the undersigned, namely :

‘’ Ian Wirth, president of the club said the club opened in 2000 and has always kept the same €35 annual fee for members (plus, he added, just €4 for a game) and the club now has 150 youngsters being trained in tennis and juggling for just two courts.’’

The club was founded in 1980 (not 2000 ), and the number of youngsters being trained is 115 (not 150).
