CSB Advocates has this year contributed to the 3rd Annual Maltese Wealth Management Conference that took place at the Radisson Blu Hotel in St Julians.
Organised by ESAFON, the event’s focus was on Recognised Incorporated Cell Companies (RICC) and servicing global private wealth through Malta.
CSB Advocates Managing Partner and CSB Group’s Director – Legal and Regulatory Andrew J. Zammit spoke about customising and segregating family wealth and establishing a recognised Incorporated Cell Company (RICC) as a platform to service customised and segregated Incorporated Cells (ICs.)
This conference attracted family offices, family businesses, corporate investors, entrepreneurs as well as financial services professionals including strategic advisors, tax and estate planning experts and lawyers. Key highlights were the importance of protection, privacy, stability, control and customisation within the process of managing one's wealth.
