Journalism is a free right and nobody should interfere in the work of journalists, let alone in their private life, which they have a right to enjoy. The truth is that nothing is free.

Who guards the guardians? The Judiciary also has a private life, but the members of it cannot enjoy some of it because of a Code of Ethics. A judge or a magistrate cannot, for example, be the head of a sports organisation in their private life; or throw a party; a journalist can. The Judiciary cannot assume that it is above the Law, nor above a Code of Ethics, and journalists have the right (?) to intrude and verify. In a way, it appears that journalism is the guardian – but who then guards the guardian?
