While I am in favour of civil union, I do not agree with unconditional adoption.

I see nothing wrong with homosexuals and lesbians adopting the biological children of their partners. Nor would I mind if a homosexual had a woman caring for his child and that this woman – and her partner, if she wishes – adopted the child in question. This may give rise to more than two parents, but what does such a thing matter.

However, I am strongly against homosexuals and lesbians adopting children with whom they have no biological or partner relationship.

If the present legal system allows homosexuals to adopt orphans, then the law should be changed.
