The article “IIP: Government amends Citizenship Act again, but residency still remains undefined” was a model example of how to create a mountain out of a molehill.

The government simply published the prescribed application forms which substitute those issued a few days after the IIP Regulations of 24 December 2013.

The new prescribed application forms reflect the understanding reached with the European Commission.
