Venere.com, Expedia-owned specialist travel portal, has awarded the 5-star Hotel Phoenicia with their Top Overall Ratings 2013. This award is exclusively determined by Venere users' feedback and only 5,000 properties out of 135.000 across the world have qualified for this prestigious award. Expedia CEO Dara Khosrowshahi said, "I think Venere is the most distinctive hotel web site out there. There is a certain same-ness that has settled into the industry and I really like the unique look and feel and mapping that Venere has built. We are also very interested in Venere’s terrific inventory in Southern Europe." Of which Hotel Phoenicia ranks in the top segment.

Micaela Zanarini, PR Manager at Venere.com said, "Well done to Malta's Hotel Phoenicia, these awards are exclusively determined by Venere users' feedback and only a number of properties across the world have received them."
