Alter Domus has started its 4th year of Malta-based operations following the setting up of the Malta office in Summer 2010.

Now employing a complement of 30 professionals, in the fields of accountancy, tax and corporate administration, Alter Domus is a key player in Malta’s financial services industry. Furthermore, the company is currently recruiting more personnel to meet the ever-increasing demands of its portfolio of international clients.

 

Providing a full suite of outsourced administration services for the funds, finance vehicles and investment structures of Private Equity & Real Estate Investment managers, High Net Worth Individuals and Multinational Corporations; Alter Domus came to Malta when Chris Casapinta set-up the office in July 2010. Chris has subsequently assumed the role of Managing Director Alter Domus (Services) Malta Limited; overseeing the operations of the Malta-office; as well as heading the group’s Italian desk. The Malta operation is also licenced by the Malta Financial Services Authority as a Recognised Fund Administrator.
