Fra Diego Home-Hamrun badly needs a new 14-seater van.

Almost 14 years have passed since the purchase of the present one, which is giving regular trouble to the Franciscan Sisters of the Sacred Heart, who administer and manage the Home.

The van at Fra Diego Home comes very handy for the children who are being cared for and protected there. It takes them to school, outings, excursions, parties and so on.

Very recently, they have been advised to go for a new one instead of regularly sending the present van for service when it breaks down and paying large sums of money.

The best price offered for a new van is €33,800 including the Value Added Tax of €5,160.

We have also been informed that its registration tax is of €13,900.

We are sure that our loving and caring God, on the intercession of St Joseph, Mary’s husband, will raise many benefactors to cover this necessary expense.
