Belgian Prime Minister Elio Di Rupo tendered his government's resignation Monday. It will continue in a caretaker capacity until a new administration is formed. Di Rupo's Socialists finished on 30 percent, behind Flemish separatist party N-VA, who won 32 percent of Sunday's national vote, making them the largest party.
