Sigma Coatings (Malta) Ltd has just signed a new agreement with PPG,the world’s leading protective coatings company, to manufacture a wide range of products in Malta under license for the decorative paints, marine and protective coatings markets. It has also signed an agreement to act as a distributor for PPG for an even wider range of products not produced locally.

Sigma Coatings (Malta) Ltd hasjust renewed its management structure, with Mr. Anthony V. Critien as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Patrick Tabone as Managing Director and Mr. Boris Vasiljevic as Director. The company has also launched a new marketing campaign, as part of a broader, three year Strategic Plan.

A reception to celebrate these developments was held last week at the Quarterdeck Bar at the Hilton in the presence of Mr. David Heal, PPG’s Protective Coatings Director for Western Europe.
