Dr. Jim Hamill, an internationally recognised expert in the field ofCustomer Experience Management (CEM), will be delivering a keynote session at anexecutive event that iMovo, the leading CEMcompany,is organising on the 25th of June at Le Meridien Hotel, St. Julians.
