Malta-owned Interactive Education Holdings Ltd (IEH) has recently enjoyed a series of hugely successful meetings with key players at all levels within the education sector in Malta. These ongoing relationships will help to adapt the iCrave offering for the Maltese market.
Since their last visit to Malta in February this year, the IEH team has been developing the iCrave brand as an innovative new digital delivery platform aimed at the education sector and designed for teachers and students alike. iCrave Learning will deliver educational content for students of all ages through an international distribution network. By utilising the latest technology and highest quality content from providers such as BBC Worldwide Learning, iCrave Learning will enhance both the teaching process and augment the learning environment.
Joint Founder, Chairman and CEO, Richard Elliot-Square was joined by Stephen Gray, IEH’s CTO and Managing Director of London and Ta'Xbiex-based digital creative agency and production house, Stickee, during the recent visit to Malta. The purpose of the visit was to ensure that the key decisions makers fully understood that IEH is now a fully-fledged, Malta-owned company and to lay the foundations which will help iCrave on its route to market.
IEH is now part of the Malta Ministry of Education's E-Learning and Tablet pilot scheme starting later in 2014.This initiative is also supported by the Ministry for the Economy, the Ministry for Education, Malta Enterprise, FELTOM, EFL and FinanceMalta.
Having recently appointed a Board of ‘Heads of Business’ Directors and Advisors from both Britain and Malta, the new IEH board has also established a Global Advisory Panel consisting of Subject Matter Experts from Malta, Britain and America, all of whom will contribute to the development of the educational content which will drive this exciting platform. This newly appointed Advisory Panel is made up of Head’s of industry from within the Education, Technology, Content Production, Design, Marketing and Banking worlds.
The Board has begun the process of attracting investment through a Crowd Funding before a Pre-IPO later this year.
IEH have also recently appointed Very Tangy Media as its Global PR, Marketing and Branding agency to assist with Press Relations / Press Office, product launch and general marketing.
