'The world on a plate' is the best way to describe our new Q-Zins Restaurant serving 5 different types of cuisine under one roof. This is the first restaurant in Malta that offers Mediterranean, Italian, Asian, Chinese and Sushi cuisine.

The choice of starters ranges from garlic bread topped with mozzarella to our soup of the day asian specialties. Those looking for a more elaborate starter can opt for mushrooms in garlic, chicken satay, smoked fish or our lovely deep fried goat’s cheese which is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Our Mediterranean dishes are characterised by what the sea and the earth can jointly offer - marinated prawns & salmon served on a vegetable salad straight from our local farmer’s land.

You can also enjoy our exquisite pot of mussels, swordfish, tuna, king prawns and the catch of the day delivered directly from our local fishermen.

For meat lovers, there is a feast of 9 different types to choose from -beef fillet, rib-eye steak, duck breast, pork, chicken breast and barbequed spare ribs marinated in honey and Dijon Mustard and glazed with a tangy smoky flavoured sauce.

Our Italian touch comes in the form of a wide range pizzas and pasta dishes,  a variety of 18 pizzas and 11 different pasta dishes, to be precise.

Our own pizzaiolo dishes out the classics, all piping hot Margherita, Funghi, Capricciosa and Quattro Stagioni. We has also introduced a local touch with his own special Pizza Maltija and Gozitana.

A selection of pasta - from spaghetti, penne, farfalle to fusilli - can be enjoyed with your choice sauce. We also serve ravioli filled with cottage cheese and tossed in tomato sauce. To make sure that no one misses out on such delicious dishes, we also serve gluten free and whole meal pasta.

Our Asian fare comes in the form of teriyaki chicken wings, spring rolls, sesame prawn toast, pork satay, wonton and prawn crackers. Your mains can range from a selection of chicken with mixed peppers, onion and tomatoes, to beef in oyster sauce, sweet and sour pork and the famous crispy beef with honey, sweet chili and sesame seeds.

If you fancy Chinese you might wish to go for sizzling dishes with beef fillet shredded with onions and bell peppers or perhaps a stir fried diced chicken with cashew nuts. Our egg fried rice, stir fried vegetables and fried bean sprouts and vegetables are out of this world.

And last but not the least we have Sushi made up of rolls of rice and raw cuts - Nigiri to Maki roll to Futomaki consists of rice rolled in Nori Seaweed with a centre filling of avocado, cucumber, cream cheese and Japanese Mayonnaise.

As our guest you have the option of the bountiful San Antonio Platter which includes Sashimi, tuna and salmon, Nigiri, Maki and Salmon Tatar.
