Spanish three-time Michelin star chef Eneko Atxa flew Air Malta for the opening of Aziamendi, a restaurant open exclusively for 100 days at the Civil Service Sports Club overlooking St George’s Square in the heart of Valletta. 

Raised just outside Bilbao in the Basque country of Spain, Eneko hails from a family of wine producers and homely cooks. His greatest food influences remain his mother and grandmother, who he thanks for kneading him into the world of gourmet.
