Middlesea Insurance recently presented a donation to Piccola Casa di San Giuseppe. The funds were utilised for the refurbishment of the home, which is situated in Valletta, particularly the bathroom.

The Ursuline sisters, who run the home, take care of a number of children from difficult social backgrounds. Their aim is to provide an environment that is as close as possible to a home, full of love and a sense of belonging.

“The sisters have dedicated their life to the upbringing of these children and their efforts are truly admirable. Our gesture is small compared to the daily work they do but we hope that it will help them even more in their mission to provide a suitable home for the children,” said Mr Alfredo Munoz, President and CEO at Middlesea Insurance.

Sister Valerie Farrugia, Mother Superior at Piccola Casa di San Giuseppe thanked Middlesea Insurance for the help provided.
