Australians have reacted with horror to images posted by a jihadist from Sydney that purport to show his seven-year-old son holding up the severed head of a Syrian victim.
Khaled Sharrouf, one of Australia’s most wanted terrorists, is believed to be fighting for the Islamic State, formerly known as Isis.
The convicted terrorist captioned the picture of his young son holding the head: “That’s my boy!” The photo is believed to have been taken in the northern Syrian city of Raqqa.
