EC nominated for two prestigious international awards

EC has again been shortlisted for theStudy Travel MagazineStar Awards, the most distinguished awards in the language travel industry.This year the language school chain hasbeen nominated in two categories; ‘Star Junior Course for Under 18s’for the range of young learner programmes at EC Malta, and the highly-coveted ‘Star Chain School’award.

STM asks schools, agents and other businesses in the sector to vote for their peers and partners every year, honouring the exceptional achievements of top brands in the industry.Winning two ‘Star Innovation’ awards for its EC Malta Freestyle programme in 2009 and its Club 30+ programme in 2010, EC went on to win the most sought-after award of ‘Star Chain School’ in 2011.

EC is the only Maltese-owned language school to have won or been nominated for an STM Star Award, and with three awards and 12 nominations in three different categories since 2007, it is now one of the most highly acclaimed schools in the world.

STM will announce the 2014 winners later this month at the Hilton in London, with over 700 delegates attending a glamorous ceremony perceived as the ‘Oscars’ of the language travel industry.
