€20,000 sponsorship for LifeCycle 2014 Challenge by Actavis

Actavis, a leading global pharmaceutical player with a presence in Malta has donated a sponsorship of €20,000 to the LifeCycle 2014 Challenge, which this year will see the participants taking a 2,000km arduous journey from Fukuoko to Tokyo.

The Actavis sponsorship was presented by Sergio Vella, Vice President, Manufacturing, Operations to the LifeCycle founder Alan Curry prior to the participants’ departure at the Malta International Airport.

Whilst wishing them best of luck Mr Vella said that “our sponsorship  to Lifecycle forms part of our corporate social responsibility programme where through our financial contributions we seek to improve the health and the quality of life of certain member of our community.”

Mr Vella added that Actavis regularly assists non-profit organisations in various philanthropic initiatives in fact it has been sponsoring Lifecycle since 2005.
