What a cheek

Sunday, 5 October 2014, 09:00 Last update: about 13 years ago

Dr Simon Busuttil and his motley crew had the cheek to ask the Prime Minister to give back Australia Hall - or what's left of it after it was gutted by fire - to the State. The State had given it to the PL as compensation for the State's acquisition of the old Labour Party Headquarters together with eight tumoli of adjoining land at Marsa. In this way, the PL would have lost its property while the State will continue to own the property it had taken from the PL.

Another request is that the Prime Minister orders all PN government employees who may have been transferred by the PL government, be returned back to the same posts they had held and enjoyed for countless years. This would mean that those PL supporters who replaced them are sent back once again to their old posts to which they had been transferred by the PN governments during the PN's 25-year reign. And they want all this to be done within one week!

To Simon Busuttil and his party, PN supporters have a divine right to continue running the whole administration of our country irrespective of which government is in office. These people do not even know how to feel ashamed.
