Rikki Lee is a new Singer/Songwriter who arrived to the island producing and writing his own music.  The singer seems to write those tracks that make people want to sing and dance.

He is of a Maltese background and began his early life in Mellieha, then immigrated to live in London where he tailored his art form as a songwriter and front man.

His previous band in London (51/50s) had toured around Europe received a record deal and even had their songs charting in the UK and other European countries.

The newly found Singer decided to go Solo earlier this year after separating with local chart toppers Gypsy Genes and since then has produced two hits "Lies" and the summer track that everyone loves - "Smile".

"Smile" is now picking up constant airplay on radio stations around Europe including Germany, Austria, Italy and Belgium with International club remixes expected beginning of October.

He has just unleashed his new release "Feel Alive" which was a collaboration with Mr M an upcoming Maltese DJ and features some excellent Guitar work from David Torreggiani.

It is promising to be yet again another top charting song, he has expanded his network not only in Malta but also back to London and Germany.

"One of my major goals in life, is to write that International song that everyone knows, but it’s always about the contacts" Lee explained.

"Feel Alive is an end of summer romance track that hopefully people can relate too and remember".

He is a songwriter that obviously sets his targets extremely high but remains totally focused on writing and producing great songs.

"I love living back in Malta, but I'm glad of my upbringing in London - it gave me unique experiences and things to write about".

His next release "Feel Alive" is due mid to late September which is highly anticipated and will be available on iTunes worldwide.
