Talent Retention: Turnover into Tenure - this will be this year's theme at the Annual National HR Conference for 2014 has just been launched by FHRD.

FHRD has been organising the yearly event for several years and with an increasing number of attendees over the years, the organisation aims to invest further in attracting major local and foreign speakers. The event will take place on Friday 17th October 2014 at the Radisson Blu Golden Sands.

Nowadays, organisations' commitment to recruit, retain and develop the most talented and superior employees available in the job market has become all the more salient. The situation is no different in Malta. This year's conference will address some of these issues and how entities can deal with them in the face of rising challenges.

As with previous years, FHRD is expecting around 300 participants from a wide range of organisations.

Six workshops, a trade show and two key note speakers will take place at the event. With the facility of the new FHRD website, one can register for this event online and obtain further information about the conference, including registration instructions and the exhibitors' information pack.
