Hal Mann Vella Group plc has announced that due to oversubscription in the €30,000,000 5% Secured Bonds 2024, subscription lists which opened this morning at 8.30 am were closed shortly after.

The Issuer shall announce the basis of acceptance of applications and allocation  policy to be adopted by not later than Monday 3 November 2014.
