PKF Malta has announced that one of its associates - Christian Pace, will be attending the Professional Standards Training organized by PKF International Office in London. This 2-days training will be held on 18th-19th November at Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & SPA in Lisbon, Portugal. The sessions will cover technical and training initiatives currently underway throughout the network, including practical guidance on getting the most out of these resources.
Mr. Pace will have the opportunity to learn the latest developments in audit methodology and software, by attending a workshop on how best to design a roll-out plan; apply audit tools, by use of CAATs, assessing IT tools, use of stratified sampling and materiality; quality control and monitoring guidance for SMPs. Training will also focus on use of the audit material, necessary regulatory amendments, use of the tutor materials and test a roll-out plan for firms and sub-regions.
