EC English Language Centres was recently awarded an official 'One Star' accreditation for employee engagement, alongside some of the world's largest and most well-known brands.
The Best Companies Index (BCI) is used across many different industriesby top international companies, including PwC, Marriott Hotels,Accenture and McDonald's. Best Companies measure and certify employees' levels of motivation, commitment and fulfilment through a comprehensive and confidential survey.
The 'One Star' rating awarded to the ambitious Maltese-owned organisation reflects its ongoing dedication to staff satisfaction across its nineteen schools and central offices. Employees from across the organisation were asked to rank EC on factors ranging from leadership and management to wellbeing, personal growth and corporate social responsibility.
The news of EC's latest award as an outstanding employer has been well-received by its international team, and will also have a positive impact on the experience of its students. EC's CEO Mike Xuereb said:
