Two doctoral graduates collect money for RIDT

Wednesday, 3 December 2014, 19:49 Last update: about 13 years ago

Research is increasingly becoming an important pillar for the University of Malta, and this is embodied in the core principle of RIDT, the University of Malta Research, Innovation and Development Trust, which accepts donations that can be used to fund several research projects at the university.

Two doctoral graduates, Dr Alessio Magro and Dr Jackson Said, who have recently graduated from the Faculty of Science (University of Malta), organised a graduation party for their colleagues, family and friends, in which they placed a donation box with all proceedings going towards RIDT.

They collected a total of €1000 for research.
