This was the wish Mary Louise Coleiro Preca, the President of Malta made for the Maltese nation as she inaugurated the BACI® Perugina® Valletta Wishing Tree, alongside Nestlé Malta's team led by Naum Janakiev, the Managing Director and the Mayor of Valletta, Alexiei Dingli.
Nestlé Malta recently set up theBACI® Perugina® Valletta Wishing Tree in Great Siege Square, Republic Street of the cultural capital city in pursuance of spreading the Christmas spirit of love and warmth among Maltese people and tourists alike. BACI® Perugina® Valletta Wishing Tree passers-by are prompted to make a wish for this festive season by entering it on the touch screen available on the installation or through the website, www.vallettawishingtree.com. Over a 1,000 wishes have already been received and these are exhibited on the same website as well as on the BACI® Perugina® Valletta Wishing Tree.
Speaking during the inuaguration of the Wishing Tree, Naum Janakiev, the Managing Director at Nestlé Malta said: "It gives us great pleasure to see that this concept has created so much excitement among our consumers and moreover that it has been well accepted and appreciated. BACI® Perugina® is a favourite chocolate brand among many Maltese, synonymous with love, happiness and carefor the close ones - values that are at the heart of the "Wishing Tree" concept."
