BOV extends its service from various branches

Friday, 20 February 2015, 16:59 Last update: about 11 years ago

In line with its customer-centric vision, Bank of Valletta has extended the opening hours for twelve of its branches. These are now open for business from 4.30pm to 7pm on specific dates.

This strategy, which was introduced a few years ago, was met with a positive response from clients who find it difficult to visit their branch during the normal opening hours. The evening service is renewed by the bank on a regular basis to address such requests. During the extended opening hours, clients are encouraged to set up an appointment in order to reserve a slot with their Relationship Manager. This period is primarily dedicated to discuss and design tailored banking products including bancassurance, investment options, home and personal loans and to apply for debit and credit cards, self-service banking as well offering stockbroking services. No cashiering service is offered at this time.

Currently the branches offering extended service are the following:

BOV Mosta

This strategy forms part of the bank's vision to integrate services offered from the extensive physical retail network with the range of self-service banking channels. "As the leading financial services provider in Malta, Bank of Valletta is committed to enhance its channels of communication, and make its services as accessible as possible, both online and across its physical retail network," explained Peter Perotti, Chief Officer Personal Banking.
