In line with its customer-centric vision, Bank of Valletta has extended the opening hours for twelve of its branches. These are now open for business from 4.30pm to 7pm on specific dates.
This strategy, which was introduced a few years ago, was met with a positive response from clients who find it difficult to visit their branch during the normal opening hours. The evening service is renewed by the bank on a regular basis to address such requests. During the extended opening hours, clients are encouraged to set up an appointment in order to reserve a slot with their Relationship Manager. This period is primarily dedicated to discuss and design tailored banking products including bancassurance, investment options, home and personal loans and to apply for debit and credit cards, self-service banking as well offering stockbroking services. No cashiering service is offered at this time.
