Following a recent competition organised by Atlas Healthcare, winners Doris Grima and Denise Micallef were presented with a free fitness packages, provided by Stellina's Lifestyle Changes.

"At Atlas, we make it a point to promote healthy eating and exercise, with both staff and clients through various initiatives," said Jackie Attard Montalto, Marketing and HR Manager. "By organising exercise classes and talks for staff and clients, as well as supporting health related initiatives such as Saħħtek, a nationwide study on health and wellbeing, we hope to help raise awareness on the importance of looking after our health through nutrition and an active lifestyle."

During 2015, all Atlas Healthcare members will have access to free exercise classes if they attend an information session on health and fitness with Stellina's Lifestyle Changes.
