The police force have announced that they are accepting applications for the post of Police Constables.

Applications must be sent to the Human Resources Office, within the Police Headquarters no later than noon on 20 March 2015.

The salary for the post of Police Constable is €13,659.02 per annum, rising by annual increments of €316.83 up to a maximum of €14,292.68 (Salary Scale 14 for two years).

The duties of a Police Constable include preserving public order and peace, preventing the commission of offences, promoting and enforcing the observance of the laws etc.
