Castille Square

Sunday, 8 March 2015, 08:04 Last update: about 12 years ago

Well, they do say it takes two to tango. First we had Dr Gonzi's Pigeon Loft, alias the cheese grater, and now we shall have Dr Joseph Muscat's super modern Castille.

How about those absolutely hideous lampposts for starters and then, for good measure, just make sure that as many trees as possible are disposed of, and finally, put three statues standing sentinel facing Castille so whenever our Prime Minister has a few moments to spare, he can just lean out of the window and wave at them just to keep boredom at bay.

I suppose just like no one heard us when we complained about that monstrosity at the entrance to our capital city, no one is going to listen now and we already have a fait accompli.
