Dhalia Real Estate Services have invested in state of the art technology, thereby reinventing the way real estate photography will be offered on the island. This new service allows the capture and creation of 3D immersive imagery, turning simple images into powerful buyer engagement tools.

This unique service will be offered to those who opt to utilise it by choosing to advertise their property through one of its various packages, thereby increasing the chance of getting their property sold in a shorter period of time.

"People underestimate the power of photography in the real estate industry. Digital media and content can be the defining factor leading to a potential buyer viewing a property, and what Dhalia is introducing is simply unique" Dhalia CEO, Alan Grima explained.

The service captures a full 3D model of the property together with detailed measurements as well as an automatically generated floor-plan, thereby providing a complete understanding of the property's layout, prior to even entering the actual property.

In addition to providing this precise 3D model, one may easily select a number of photos from the single capture or even shoot a fly through video.

"This will undoubtedly be the most engaging method to showcase property in Malta. We are sure that this new service on the island will be recognised as unique and beneficial to all sellers and renters, making Dhalia the clear choice for listing properties online," added Mr Grima.
