The Corinthia Palace Hotel & Spa was alive with the spirit of spring on Easter Sunday, when it opened its beautiful gardens up for a treasure hunt and egg painting session.

In collaboration with JUGS, which oversaw the event, nearly 100 children spent a happy couple of hours searching through the gardens for colourful eggs, or painting other eggs near the pretty pool area.

The initiative successfully raised €570 for Beyond the Moon, which will be used to fund the holiday of a lifetime for a seriously or terminally ill child.

The hotel's next fundraising activity will be its popular Perfect Mother's Day Gift Fair on 1 May.
