Bank of Valletta customers visiting BOV branches on Friday 24th April were greeted by employees in jeans. The Jeans Day was organised across all the branches and units within Bank of Valletta in collaboration with The Marigold Foundation - BOV in the Community with the objective of raising funds to support the NGO Puttinu Cares Cancer Support Group.
The Bank's staff participating in this initiative did so against a nominal donation with customers who visited BOV branches or Centres during the day also encouraged to participate and make a small contribution. Members of the general public are also being invited to participate by making a donation into BOV account number 40023054082.
All funds collected through this initiative will be presented to Puttinu Cares during the 11th edition of their Football and Volleyball Marathon that will be unfolding between the 8th and 10th May at the Marsa Sports Ground.
