A 69-year-old foreigner is in critical condition after a fall in Delimara today at 12pm.
The police said the Briton, who was accompanied by his wife, was going down the hill towards the sea when he fell and hit his head.
He was taken to Mater Dei Hospital where he was found to be in critical condition.
