Front Ħarsien ODZ today called for the immediate publication of the heads of agreement signed between the government of Malta and Sadeen Construction Group, with regards to the development of a university campus currently being proposed outside development zones in Zonqor Marsaskala.

"The publication of this agreement is necessary because all Maltese citizens deserve to know what commitments have been taken by their government", the Front said. 

Front Ħarsien ODZ also supports the call for an immediate debate in Parliament's Committee for the Environment and Development.  All documents and reports connected to the project should be published and presented to this committee, to ensure full parliamentary scrutiny.
