Bank of Valletta will be supporting the concert organised by the Winter Moods on the 13th June at Fort St Elmo. The concert which will be commemorating the 30th anniversary of the popular Maltese band was announced during a press conference earlier on last month.

This concert will be a unique experience, not only because it will take the audience on a journey across time, tracing the career of this band that has a great following on our islands, but it will also see all proceeds from ticket sales being donated to Puttinu Cares. As Ivan himself explained, "It has been our dream for a while - we wanted to organize an event for Puttinu, where they receive all the proceeds, not just the profits. Thanks to the partners who have joined us for this event, it will actually happen."

Speaking about the Bank's involvement, Kenneth B Micallef Head CEO Office at Bank of Valletta applauded Winter Moods' gesture. He said, "At Bank of Valletta, we seek to play an active role in our community, a role that goes beyond our core business, because we truly believe that the Bank is an important player in the economy, thus it needs to be involved in the community in which it operates." He went on to say that, "This concert is a celebration of art, commemorating a key milestone in Winter Moods' career. We are also pleased to support the Band in fulfilling their dream and make such a significant gesture towards Puttinu Cares."

Tickets are available from www.ooii.com.mt at €15 for general standing and at €25 for the inner circle which also includes a copy of Winter Moods' latest album 'The Journey'. The audience will be limited to 3,000 people.

Earlier this year Winter Moods released their sixth album, The Journey, which has been hailed as their best work to date by music critics. The album includes hit songs 'Days of my Life', 'Everlasting' and 'Flowers and Cash'.
