Ryanair website and mobile App to close for 10 hours Friday to Saturday

Ryanair, today confirmed that its online check-in service will not be available as its website and mobile app will close for 10 hours, from 8pm (Malta time) on Friday 19th June, until 6am (Malta time) on Saturday 20th June, for a systems upgrade.

Ryanair called on all customers travelling on Friday and Saturday to check-in online for their flight on/before Thursday, 18th June, well before the above web closure takes place. New bookings or changes to existing flights will not be possible during this web closure.

Ryanair is contacting all intending customers travelling on Friday 19th and Saturday 20th June by email and SMS text to advise them to check in online on/before Thursday, 18th June to avoid this disruption. Ryanair apologises for any inconvenience caused by this web closure/systems upgrade.

Ryanair's Robin Kiely said: "This web closure/ systems upgrade will take 10 hours, from 20:00hrs (Malta time) on Friday 19th June, until 06:00hrs ( time) on Saturday 20th June, during which time our online check-in service will not be available. Flight bookings and changes will also be unavailable during this period. Customers travelling on Friday or Saturday should check-in for their flight on or before Thursday, 18th June. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this upgrade, which will further improve Ryanair.com, Europe's largest travel website."
