Dhalia Real Estate Service has opened its largest branch on the main road in Xemxija making it the second office situated in the North of Malta. The growing demand for properties for sale and for rent in the area has made this branch a necessary addition to Dhalia's growing network.

Apart from offering real estate services, this office also serves as Dhalia's training centre that has been developed in order to emphasise the importance of training within the company and to simplify the process for all trainees.

"All the training for property consultants shall be held at the Xemxija branch where they will be provided with exceptional training in a fully equipped environment," explained Chairman of Dhalia, Chris Grech.

Most of the training within Dhalia is organised and delivered by David Dingli who has recently been appointed as Dhalia's Human Resources Executive. This ensures that training is provided in a consistent manner by focusing on professionalism, ethics, aftersales service and the importance of addressing the needs of the client at all times.

All of Dhalia's offices are open from Monday to Friday from 9am -6pm and on Saturdays from 9am -1pm.
