Eighteen RE/MAX associates have been 'Succeed Certified'. This was announced by Kevin Buttigieg, CEO of RE/MAX Malta during a presentation ceremony held at the Hilton Malta, St. Julian's, for a new group of sales associates. 

"Succeed" is the foundation training course that has been developed to mentor new estate agents over a nine-week period.  The course covers several aspects of the real estate business including business planning, dealing with buyers and sellers, core values of the company as well as marketing and other salient topics.  Succeed is the second course a RE/MAX Malta estate agent has to be enrolled in.  The first course is called My RE/MAX Career which is an induction course set over five modules. 

Speaking at the event Mr Buttigieg said that, "Succeed is an important training course which is organised four to five times a year. It is aimed at training our agents to practice the profession of real estate in the correct way and delivers excellent results."

Succeed is a course that is continuously evolving and is customised according to the latest trends of real estate market.  RE/MAX Malta invests in regular market research and adapts its training accordingly.  During 2015, the company will hold no less than fifteen different training programmes which are suitable for newly recruited sales associates as well as experienced ones.
