Five Young Reporters for the Environment (YRE) were additionally honoured by HSBC Water Programme - Catch the Drop for embodying water-based themes in their projects at a YRE Awards ceremony held by Nature Trust Malta. The five winning entries distinguished themselves in shedding light on issues such as water conservation, water recycling, and water pollution.

This year was the first time that HSBC Water Programme - Catch the Drop tied up with the Young Reporters for the Environment programme of Nature Trust Malta.
